Who Is A Misfit?

Frequently Asked Questions

What's this all about?

Question 1: What is a mastermind?

It's a group of people, of all skill levels, that come together to help each other learn and grow in their business and their personal lives. These people should all have common goals and values. In our case, we are gathering real estate investors, aspiring investors, realtors, lenders and other affiliates to join our community to help us all thrive.

Question 2: Do I have to live in Wisconsin to join?

Absolutely not. We began the misfits in our backyard, but this group is national. We have members throughout the US and some that live internationally. Most of the meetings will be virtual, but we will also be traveling to our members to help. Everyone learns with real life solutions to real life problems.

Question 3: What kinds of this will we discuss in meetings?

We discussions on marketing, talking to distressed home owners, sales tactics, wholesaling, flipping houses, contracts and title, hiring, business operations, taxes, and much more. You need help, we are there.

Question 4: What else do we get when we join?

You get added to our community to network with other investors. You also get a library of real world documents, courses, exclusive webinars, checklists, mail pieces, discounted services, approved vendors and lots more. We will keep adding and growing each month. We also plan several road trips and boot camps.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You watch a lot of YouTube videos and podcasts hoping to learn what we make your real estate business easier. You wish you could just talk to someone doing it that isn't trying to sell you a bunch of courses.

  • The real estate market seemed to change overnight and the things you were doing last year aren't working as well anymore. You aren't sure exactly what to do and you don't have a ton of money to "try" and make it work.

  • You'd love to join a mastermind and meet other investors, but they are all really expensive and you don't really have time to travel to them.

Don't worry, we can help!
